After having his tour cancelled due to ill heath last year, Bob Seger has announced that he is back, and ready to head out on the road again.
Bob Seger’s Runaway Train tour, had to cancel 19 dates last October, and it was all on doctor’s orders.
Seger explained earlier on this year that: “They said it was going to really hurt for about three months afterwards, but the payoff is they didn’t go anywhere near my larynx. They went in the back, so my voice is probably fine. I hope this pain goes away, ‘cause they can never really guarantee it — and if it doesn’t, then I’m done, dude. But that’s what the doctors have to say. I think it’s gonna be okay, I really do. But, God, it’s taking a long time.”
So fans get ready, there are 13 rescheduled dates, the first of which kicks off on November 24th at the Sprint Center in Kansas MO, and then runs into February 2019.
All tickets for Bob Seger’s previously postponed shows will be valid, in full, at the revised dates, and word has it that more shows will be added in due course.
You can purchase tickets here, and they are available right now.
