Chester Bennington’s First Band Grey Daze Recording With Chester’s Son

-

Chester Bennington’s first band Grey Daze are re-recording some of their early material from the  first album enlisting rock and metal vets as well as Bennington’s son Jaime.

Some of the veteran musicians that are helping out in the recording are Korn’s Brian “Head” Welch and James “Munky” Shaffer, P.O.D.’s Marcos Curiel, Bush’s Chris Traynor and Bennington’s Dead by Sunrise bandmate Ryan Shuck.

Grey Daze Posted some photos of the recording process on their Facebook page and had this to say about Jamie “sounds a lot like his father, and we were all very proud to be a part of it.”

As yet there’s no planned release date for the re-recorded versions of the early Grey Daze material.
