He’s possibly one of the nicest guys in rock right now, and Dave Grohl has endeared himself to Scottish fans after he was filmed necking a bottle of Buckfast Tonic Wine.
Following their gig at Glasgow’s Bellahouston Park on Saturday evening (August 17th), Grohl was caught on film saying that he “couldn’t leave Glasgow” without at least one bottle of the infamous ‘wreck-the-hoose-juice’.
The video clip was uploaded by the support band for the night The Van T’s. The caught Grohl remarking: “I wasn’t going to say anything but I wasn’t going to leave the city without at least one bottle of this. “It’s my favourite drink.”
Praising Their fans and Grohl, The Van T’s gushed: “THANK YOU TO everyone for coming down so early to see us. REALLY blown away at how lovely you all are!!!!! Also getting the big man Into the Scottish ways.”
